Purposes of data processing
The processing is aimed at the correct and complete execution of the institutional purposes of the sports society, specifically for the disciplines recognized by the sports system and the Italian Constitution. In particular, the processing is aimed at the management of your application for membership in the SSD, as provided for by the Statute of the Entity, participation in the proposed activities and your membership to Sports Promotion Bodies or CONI Federations; as well as inclusion in the C.O.N.I. Register for recognition for amateur sports purposes. Communications related to the management of the membership itself, including communications for activities carried out with the sports club, will be sent to the e-mail address, which you will indicate when applying for membership.
Your data will also be processed in order to:
- Fulfilling obligations provided for by laws, regulations, European legislation, or by
provisions issued by Authorities and Supervisory and Control Bodies and by the rules and regulations of CONI and Sports Federations and/or the Sports Promotion Bodies to which we are affiliated. - Execution, management and/or fulfillment of institutional obligations, including with reference to pre-contractual agreements, or subsequent agreements (including the fulfillment of related administrative, accounting, tax and legal requirements).
- Carrying out profiling activities, i.e. analysis and processing of information related customer, your preferences, habits, consumption choices and/or web browsing experiences.
Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices) and processed in a manner strictly necessary to meet the above purposes.
Legal basis for processing
AB-FIT SSD a.r.l, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore Brenda Lenzi, with headquarters at Via Aniello Falcone n. 332/13 – 80127 Naples – C.F. and P.I. : 09861991215, processes your personal data lawfully, where processing:
- is necessary for the fulfillment of association obligations and does not require specific consent from the data subject.
- is necessary to make the requested service usable for you and does not require specific consent from the person concerned;
- Is based on express consent.
Consequences of the non-disclosure of personal data
With regard to personal data related to the execution of the association agreement to which you are a party and the related
regulatory fulfillments (e.g. fulfillments related to the keeping of accounting and tax records); the
conferment is necessary and obligatory for the aforementioned purposes and denial will result in the impossibility of joining the amateur sports club, membership and sending data to the CONI Register.
Data retention
Your personal data, subject to processing for the above-mentioned purposes, will be kept for the period of duration of the association bond and, thereafter, for the time that the sports club is subject to storage obligations for tax or other purposes, provided for, by law or regulation. Your personal data will be stored in places usually located within the European Community. At the request of the data subject, with reference to that date, the storage addresses will be disclosed.
Disclosure of data
The data you provide will be processed by us and communicated, for the indicated purposes of processing, to the relevant Sports Federations, for institutional purposes consequent to membership. The same will act in full autonomy as Data Processors for the respective fulfillments of competence.I
Your personal data may be disclosed to:
- consultants and accountants or other attorneys providing functional services for the above purposes;
- banking and insurance institutions that provide functional services for the above purposes;
- Subjects who process data in execution of specific legal obligations;
- judicial or administrative authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations.
Data Profiling and Dissemination
Your personal data are not subject to dissemination or any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.
Rights of the data subject
Your rights under the GDPR include those of:
- to request from the sports club access to your personal data and information relating thereto; rectification of inaccurate data or supplementation of incomplete data; deletion of personal data concerning you (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); limitation of the processing of your personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in Article 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR);
- to request and obtain from the sports club – in cases where the legal basis for processing is the membership application or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, including for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to portability of personal data);
- Object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the event of special situations concerning you;
- revoke consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and involves common personal data (e.g., date and place of birth or place of residence), or special categories of data (e.g., data revealing your racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status, or sex life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of consent retains, however, its lawfulness;
- Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority -www.garanteprivacy.it).
Control mode
- Functional security controls will be put in place in the IT and web spheres by: Controlling and tracking access through IDs and Passwords of different levels; – Encoding of Processing with identification and partitioning of processes; – Malware protection system; – Minimization of processed data.
- Physical security controls will be put in place by: – Storing paper media in protected places and accessible only to designated personnel; – Storing physical server media in a protected place and Backing up data; – Drawing up accurate contracts on the subject of personal data processing.
- Organizational controls will be put in place through specific training of personnel who have access to personal data.
